The Pogue Family:
Missionary descendants of John Fawcett Pogue and Maria Kupule
Whitney Pogue (buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in San Jose, Ca.); Both arrived in Hawaii with the eleventh company in 1844 and married in 1848. Maria was the first missionary daughter born in Hawaii to the Reverend Samuel and Mrs. Whitney.

7. Frederick McCall Pogue (Dec. 28, 1903-Apr. 5, 1930) aged 26
son of William F. and Emma V. Saffery Pogue
8. William C. Pogue ( June 20, 1922-Jan. 7, 2001)
9. Jenny Audrey Pogue (Nov. 28, 1927-July 22, 1928) aged 7 months
